As such, we generally do not disclose the                         identity of bidders\/buyers and\/or consignors. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p-r article__paragraph\"> However, please note that we may share such personal information in circumstances where: 1) a                         buyer has not made payment and the consignor\/seller needs to enforce directly against the buyer;                         2) the buyer wishes to make any claim against the consignor directly with respect to the goods                         sold via the Propstore auction\/buy it now service; 3) where Propstore has a legal or regulatory                         obligation to disclose the information; and 4) to prevent fraud. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p-r article__paragraph\"> We have a legitimate interest in the collection and disclosure of this information in certain                         circumstances. <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<h3>3.
